It is jointly established by senior experts and professors in the PV industry. It is located in the National Economic and Technological Development Zone of Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, adjacent to Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport.  It mainly develops and produces new PV module metallization and interconnection equipment, new interconnect materials and high-efficiency technology.  Hangzhou Joy Energy Technology is committed to providing PV companies with the most competitive and efficient PV module technology and integrated solutions. 02 Company History  2018  In May, the third generation automated full-cell stringer with triangular ribbon and the first generation automated half-cell stringer with triangular ribbon were successfully developed.  In March, it was rated as an innovative enterprise by Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City.  In January, the triangular ribbon module was certified by TUV.  2017  In December, the second generation automated full-cell stringer with triangular ribbon was full developed.  In November, the A-round financing was completed .  In October, the triangular ribbon module was certified UV.  In August, it was rated as “5213” key support project by Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou.  In July, the first generation automatic triangular ribbon full cell tabber and stringer was developed and delivered to customers.  In June, the company’s core technology was certified as an invention patent.  In February, the first-generation semi-automated stringer with triangular ribbon was developed 2016  In November, the company was registered and established Technology Introduction  04 Product description  01 Technical background  05 Power increased  06 Reliability test 02 CONTENTS  02 Technology Introduction  03 Advantages 01 Technical background Industry Status At present, flat ribbons are usually used to interconnect cells. Existing Problems 1.Flat ribbon will bring about 3 of shading loss 2.It is difficult to balance the shading of the ribbon and the internal resistance of the cell, that is, can not balance Isc and FF. 02 Technology Introduction  Stealth Enhanced Metallization Interconnection( SEMI)  Firstly, optimize the metallization design of cell, improve the utilization of incident light while reducing the internal resistance of the cell, then interconnect cells into string.
